“Delicious fajita marinade for chicken or beef. Makes enough marinade for about 2 pounds of meat. Try it with shrimp too, just reduce the marinade time from 2 hours to 30 minutes.”

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
• 1/3 cup orange juice
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 lime, juiced
• 3 cloves garlic, crushed

• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

1. Whisk cilantro, orange juice, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, and black pepper together in a bowl.
