Keto Bread


  • 4 cups blanched almond flour (not almond meal)
  • 2 tablespoons egg white protein powder
  • teaspoons cream of tartar
  • teaspoons baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
  • 8 large eggs


  1. In a food processor, pulse almond flour, egg white protein, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt
  2. Pulse in eggs until smooth
  3. Transfer batter into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf dish
  4. Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the center comes out clean
  5. Cool for 2 hours, then remove from pan
  6. Serve
