Brains Scrambled With Eggs Ingredients 1 pound pork brains 1 small onion, chopped 3 tablespoons butter or margarine 6 eggs 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper How to Make It Step 1 Wash brains thoroughly in cold water; carefully remove membrane. Drain brains well, and chop. Step 2 Sauté brains and onion in butter in a large skillet until onion is tender. Combine eggs, baking powder, salt, and pepper; beat well, and stir into brains mixture. Fried Chicken Ingredients 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 egg beaten 4 small chicken thighs 1 1/2 tablespoons Old Bay Cajun Seasoning 1 teaspoon seasoning salt Instructions Pre-heat the Air Fryer to 390 degrees. Whisk together the flour, salt and the Old Bay. Dredge the chicken through the flour mixture, then into the egg, then back into the flour mixture again. Shake off excess flour very well.
